Instructions for Enrichment Day
Enrichment Day Classes will be offered on Thursdays for grades K through 12th. Students in grades K-1st must register for the full day "Lightning Bugs" program (Poetry Teatime Club is optional). Students in grades 2nd-12th may select any combination of classes.
First period club offerings replace the previous years' Breakfast Club. This period is optional and does not count toward the "full day student" distinction for the 2024-2025 school year.
High schoolers interested in assisting a class may fill out the application here.**Registration will not be done via our website for the 2024-2025 school year. Families will be emailed Google Forms based on their corresponding registration dates.**
Returning Full Day Students: Saturday, March 16th at 9:30am
Returning Partial Day Students: Monday, March 18th at 9am
New Students: Saturday, March 23rd at 9am
Prior to Class Registration:
- Make sure you've updated your student's ages and grade levels for the 2024-2025 school year. You can access this part of the website by clicking "Profile" in the top right corner. Scroll down to find the fields where you can change each student's information.
- Click on class titles to view descriptions and details.
After Directors have processed your class registration, you will receive an email confirming your child's schedule. Within one week of this confirmation, you will need to log in, click “Balance” in the upper-right-hand corner of the website, and pay your Registration Fee and Facility Fee(s) to secure your registration.* Fees that are not paid within one week will result in cancellation of classes.
*Tuition will be paid directly to teachers on the first day of classes. Only the Registration Fee, Facility Fee(s), and possible Volunteer Opt Out Fee are due at this time.
